Tigers symbolise a plethora of values within Asian culture. They are the embodiment of strength & determination, qualities we live by.
These earrings were designed to match perfectly with our cobalt blue Tiger socks!
Influenced by the illustrative style of the Tibetan tiger rugs. Connected to the tiger skin loin cloths seen in painted images of fierce Tibetan Buddhist gods. The tiger skin is believed to provide protection to a person engaged in meditation.
The tiger also inspired the silek Kerinci rimau (tiger martial arts), where a fighter mastering the style might believe they could transform into a tiger.
In Korea the tigers were believed to be guardians warding off evil spirits, they were once native and thriving Korea.
The character for tiger (虍 / 虎) is also a compound in our name LOH 盧 , so naturally he made it into the lifestyle brand we're building here🐯
Gold hoops are anodised stainless steel and the earrings pin is half the thickness of the visible 2.5mm hoop thickness.
Transparent Cobalt blue tigers are made from lucite acrylic with hand-filled solid white embossed details.
Comes in classic LOH gradient card packaging that doubles as a card.

Do not machine wash! Item may run colour. Gently hand wash in cold water, or alternatively dry clean :) If the item has decorative Chinese tassel knots remove before washing for longevity.
Accessories:
Wipe clean with wet wipes, avoid getting wet! To maintain shine metal parts can be shined with metal polish e.g. Sidol
